Provided in the present invention are an intelligent bomb defusal method and a bomb defusal device. The method comprises: building an information comparison database which is used for storing circuit diagrams, importing circuit diagrams that have been encountered before, presetting correct bomb defusal schemes, presetting processing programs according to the bomb defusal schemes, and associating the stored circuit diagrams with the preset processing programs corresponding thereto and importing same into the information comparison database; a device importing a known circuit and a corresponding processing program from the database; scanning a bomb to acquire a circuit diagram of the bomb; comparing the circuit diagram with the stored circuit diagrams one by one; when there is the same or similar circuit diagram, according to a preset control program, controlling a robotic arm to defuse the bomb; when there is no same or similar circuit diagram, according to remote control information, controlling the robotic arm to defuse the bomb; acquiring a bomb defusal result; and according to the bomb defusal result, storing the circuit diagram and the remote control information in the information comparison database. The technical solution of the present invention can automatically control, according to a circuit diagram, a plurality of robotic arms to perform bomb defusal.
