Abstract:
An intelligent bactericidal granulated food material grinder, relating to the fields of grinding, disinfection and sterilization. The intelligent bactericidal granulated food material grinder comprises a front inner shell (9), wherein a reduction gearbox (14) is installed at a left end of the interior of the front inner shell (9); a right end of the reduction gearbox (14) is connected to a motor (15); a left end of the reduction gearbox (14) is connected to a transmission shaft (11); and a back surface of the front inner shell (9) is connected to a rear inner shell (13). A power button (5) is pressed; an outer shell (1) is turned over, so that a storage bin body (18) faces upwards; food material granules can enter a lower grinding disk (8) under the action of its own gravity; at this time, a vibration sensor (20) receives a signal and spontaneously starts the motor (15); a rotating shaft in the motor (15) rotates to transfer a torque to a transmission shaft (11) after being decelerated by the reduction gearbox (14), and ultimately drives an upper grinding disk (7) to rotate by means of the transmission shaft (11); the upper grinding disk (7) matches the lower grinding disk (8) to grind the food material granules; and ground food material powder is finally poured out from a discharging hole (19), thereby saving labor and time. Meanwhile, an ultraviolet bactericidal function is added to a storage bin, so that the sanitation and safety of food materials are improved.
