Abstract:
Disclosed is an integrated high-frequency intelligent levelling machine. A whole rack of the levelling machine is divided into three layers of frames, i.e., an intelligent heating mechanism, a cooling-water machine mechanism, and a high-frequency power source mechanism; the three layers of frames are controlled in a coordinated mode by means of a main controller. The whole rack of the levelling machine comprises two pairs of wheels driven by a servo motor, a push rod provided on the upper rear portion of a power source rack, a control panel provided in front of the push rod, and a three-phase alternating current socket provided below the push rod and required by working of a power source. Disclosed is a working method for the integrated high-frequency intelligent levelling machine. By means of the integrated structural design that the intelligent heating mechanism, the cooling-water machine mechanism, and the high-frequency power source mechanism are stacked layer by layer, a high-frequency current generated by a resonant circuit can be directly transmitted to a high-frequency transformer on a lifting/lowering platform without being transmitted to the high-frequency transformer by means of a long-distance cable; the transmission distance of a high-frequency and high-voltage current is shortened from dozens of meters to less than 1 meter, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost and also greatly reducing energy loss in the transmission process.
