An integrally-formed carbon fiber spoke and a preparation method. The method comprises: preparing a carbon fiber core body (11), and preparing a first metal member (12) and a second metal member (13) at two ends of a spoke, wherein the centers of the two metal members are provided with axial through holes, and the through holes are fitted to the carbon fiber core body; winding and coating the carbon fiber core body and the metal members at the two ends with a carbon fiber prepreg (14) to form a semi-finished product; and putting the wound and coated semi-finished product into a forming die for heating and forming. A spoke inner core can be of a whole structure or a butt joint structure. The metal members are wound and coated with the carbon fiber prepreg, such that the bonding force between the spoke body and the metal members at the two ends is improved, and the spoke body and the metal members are prevented from slipping.
