Abstract:
In the present invention, an insulating film (20) that electrically insulates between a housing (2) and an outer race (3) is provided on the surface of the outer race (3). The insulating film (20) comprises a straight section (21) that is disposed along the outer periphery of the outer race (3) and has a constant external diameter in the axial direction. On the inner periphery of a housing hole (1), at a position of intersection with an axial-direction center line (L) of a rotating body (5), an inner-periphery cylindrical surface (24), with which the straight section (21) fits and is in contact, is formed. The axial-direction length of the range of contact (A) between the inner-periphery cylindrical surface (24) and the straight section (21) is less than the entire axial-direction length of the straight section (21).
