Description:
AN INNOVATION IN STANDS WITH PUSHING MECHANISM

TECHNICAL FIELD

The invention is mainly related to an improvement in product stands, which are used in supermarkets, markets, and retail outlets, pushing/pulling the product towards the front of the stand as it is taken from the rack, thereby facilitating the customer's access to the product.

The invention relates specifically to the product pusher stand developed to ensure that the product remains in an orderly manner at the product stands with a mechanism that pushes/pulls the product towards the front of the stand so that the other customer can easily reach the next product after the customer receives the product at retail outlets.

BACKGROUND

In retail outlets today, stands with a mechanism to push the product to the front of the rack are already in use. The objective of using these stands is to push the next product towards the front of the stand when the product in front is taken by the customer, allowing the customer to easily reach the next product. The product is always pushed to the front by a pushing mechanism in these stands with a push or pull mechanism, and the product pusher connected to the said pushing mechanism generally moves on a slide or a rail system. Because the rail is higher than the rack floor, the products arranged one after the other on the aforementioned rail can stand inclined to the right or to the left, giving the customer an irregular rack appearance. Furthermore, with the known sliding or rail pusher system, there is a level difference between the first product placed in the pusher and the other products on the racks, preventing the products on the rack from standing in an orderly and tidy manner. Because of the said negativity and the inadequacy of existing product designs to solve the related problem, there is a need for advancement in the relevant technical field.

OBJECTIVES OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a stand with a pushing mechanism that allows the product pusher to operate without being attached to a rail or slide, in product stands with the mentioned push/pull mechanism to meet the said requirements, eliminate all disadvantages, and bring some additional advantages.

In this context, the main objective of the stand with the pushing mechanism, which is the subject of the invention, is to prevent the products on the rack from being slanted to the right or left and irregularly, and to prevent the products in the first row from standing at a different level than the other products, and to ensure that the products lined up on the racks in a regular manner. Thereby, it is aimed that visual pollution will be avoided in the customer's eyes.

Another advantage of the invention is that the production costs of slides and rails are eliminated, allowing for the production of more affordable stands.

The detailed description below will help to understand the structural and distinguishing features of the present invention, as well as all of its benefits. For this reason, the evaluation should be made taking into account the said detailed description.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In this detailed description, the stand structure with the pushing mechanism, which is the subject of the invention, will be explained only for a better understanding of the subject and without any limiting effect.

Figure 1 depicts a perspective view of the stand structure with the pushing mechanism, which is the subject of the present invention. As can be observed in the related drawing, the invention comprises;

• spiral spring (1), one side of which is connected to the product pusher (3) and the other side is inserted into the spring chamber (2),

• Spring chamber (2), where the store clerk can determine how many products are left on the rack by inspecting the numbers on the spiral spring (1) with numerator,

• the product pusher (3), which moves with the movement of the spiral spring (1) as it takes the product from the rack,

• the front wall (4) where the spring chamber (2) is positioned and facing towards the customer,

• sidewalls (5) that also ensure that the product pusher (3) does not sway while moving back and forth linearly There are numbers on both sides of the said spiral spring (1). In the drawing of Figure 1, the position of the spiral spring (1) and the product pusher (3) is illustrated when the product is full on the rack. As the product is taken, the product pusher (3) approaches the front wall (4). The width of the product pusher (3) is equal to the distance between the side walls (5). As a result of the spiral spring (1) connected to the product pusher (3) moving, the product pusher and thus the products approach the front wall.

Figure 2 depicts a perspective view of the empty state of the stand structure with the pushing mechanism, which is the subject of the invention. When there is no product left on the rack, the product pusher (3) approaches the front wall (4).
