Abstract:
An injection device (6) is provided with: a container (62); a liquid ammonia supply section (69) for supplying a predetermined amount of liquid ammonia into the container (62); a compression section (65) which is connected to the container (62), compresses gas filled into a space for compression, and introduces the compressed gas into the container (62); and a nozzle (66) connected to the container (62) and guiding ammonia, which is forced out of the container (62) by the introduction of the compressed gas into the container (62), into a combustion chamber. The injection device (6) can facilitate the combustion of ammonia within the combustion chamber by injecting the ammonia into the combustion chamber utilizing the gas, the temperature of which is raised by compression.
