Abstract:
An initial positioning system and method for liquid measuring and removing. The initial positioning system comprises a measuring passage (6), a variable pressure chamber (1), and a piston (2), an initial end of the measuring passage (6) being in communication with the upper part of the variable pressure chamber (1); the piston (2) reciprocates in the variable pressure chamber (1) to cause a change between positive pressure and negative pressure in the variable pressure chamber (1); the initial positioning system further comprises a pressure relief port (8) located on the wall of the variable pressure chamber (1) and capable of communicating with the outside of the variable pressure chamber (1); the piston (2) reciprocates and can pass over the pressure relief port (8); when the piston (2) is located at the pressure relief port (8), and the inside and outside of the variable pressure chamber (1) are in communication, the maximum volume of the liquid that can be accommodated in the variable pressure chamber (1) is not smaller than one third of the total volume of the variable pressure chamber (1). The initial positioning system is easy to operate and conveniently measures, allows removal of a liquid without any external tool, can avoid waste, contamination, and oxidization of the liquid and prevent the liquid from volatilizing or absorbing moisture, and can improve sensitivity of measurement and removal.
