Abstract:
Provided are an ingredient temperature retention and supply device and an ingredient supply unit that: prevent spilling of ingredient from an ingredient delivery means onto an ingredient measuring means when the weight of the ingredient being fractionated to the ingredient measuring means reaches a prescribed supply weight; and automatically supply the ingredient to a cooking container in an accurate amount. The ingredient delivery means 213 delivers an ingredient I from an ingredient stocker 211 to the ingredient measuring means 212 until the weight of the ingredient I fractionated to the ingredient measuring means 212 reaches the prescribed supply weight. The ingredient measuring means 212 supplies the ingredient I to a container C when the weight of the ingredient I fractionated to the ingredient measuring means 212 reaches the prescribed supply weight. An upper shutter 213d, which adjusts the amount of ingredient I delivered to the ingredient measuring means 212 on the basis of a measurement result of the ingredient I by the ingredient measuring means 212, is disposed between the downstream end of the ingredient delivery means 213 and the ingredient measuring means 212, and opens and closes a bottom surface opening 213a1 formed at a distal end of the ingredient delivery means 213.
