Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an information processing system, method, and program that make it possible to specify the bearing or inclination of a camera while making camera installation easy and reducing the number of sensors the camera is provided with. [Solution] This invention comprises: an image acquisition unit 11 for acquiring an image G1 [G4] obtained by photographing the sky using a camera 10 having a known bearing or inclination, a photography date and time acquisition unit 12 for acquiring the date and time when the image G1 [G4] was photographed, a photography position acquisition unit 13 for acquiring position information for the location where the image G1 [G4] was photographed, a sun specification unit 14 for specifying a photographed sun position S1 indicating the position of the sun in the image G1 [G4], a reference sun position acquisition unit 15 for calculating a reference sun position B1 indicating a sun position determined on the basis of the photography date and time and the position information, and a camera information specification unit 17 for using the known bearing or inclination of the camera 10, the photographed sun position S1, and the reference sun position B1 to specify the camera inclination or bearing that is unknown.
