Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a configuration for observing a user action in a monitored region, detecting a violating action, and further generating user-by-user credibility information. This image processing device is provided with: a monitoring device which acquires detected information from a sensor provided in a monitored region and transmits the detected information to a management server; the management server, which analyzes a user action in the monitored region on the basis of the sensor detected information; and a user terminal held by a user. The management server determines whether the user action constitutes a violating action, and, upon determining that the user action is a violating action, notifies the user terminal or the monitoring device. Further, the management server performs user identification, and generates and updates user-by-user credibility information on the basis of the result of observation of the user action made by an identified user.
