Abstract:
The present technology pertains to an information processing device and method that make it possible to efficiently monitor a plurality of mobile objects. This information processing device includes a plurality of small screens arranged in a matrix, and performs control so as to: associate different mobile objects with small screens of respective rows of a first display screen for monitoring a plurality of mobile objects; display traveling-direction images obtained by capturing images of the traveling directions of the mobile objects on small screens of a first column of the first display screen; display left side images obtained by capturing images of the left sides with respect to the traveling directions of the mobile objects on small screens of a second column of the first display screen, which are adjacent, on the left side, to the small screens of the first column; and display right side images obtained by capturing images of the right sides with respect to the traveling directions of the mobile objects on small screens of a third column of the first display screen, which are adjacent, on the right side, to the small screens of the first column. The present technology can be applied to a remote monitoring system.
