Abstract:
Provided are an information processing device, measurement device, information processing method, and program that make it possible to more appropriately determine whether a user is walking. This information processing device comprises a processing unit that obtains a frequency characteristic for time-series data of measurement results from an acceleration sensor and determines whether the time-series data indicates a walking state according to whether all determination conditions are met, the determination conditions at least including a first condition that the maximum intensity frequency of the obtained frequency characteristic be greater than or equal to a predetermined lower limit frequency for a bipedal walking/running state and a second condition that at least one from among the maximum intensity frequency of the frequency characteristic and the frequency having the second greatest intensity be greater than or equal to the lower limit frequency and less than or equal to a predetermined upper limit frequency for the walking/running state.
