Abstract:
This information output device for outputting toilet congestion information to a user terminal comprises: a monitoring unit for gathering toilet use status information indicating the use status of a toilet; an editing unit that edits, for each area formed by dividing a facility, the toilet use status information of toilets installed in the areas, and creates toilet congestion information for each area; an area receiving unit that receives user information transmitted from a user terminal of a user who will use a toilet, and selects an area that the user can use; and an information output unit for transmitting, to the user terminal, the toilet congestion information corresponding to the selected area.
