Abstract:
The present application relates to an industrial mechanical arm and an integrated joint module thereof. The integrated joint module comprises a joint housing, a drive assembly, a speed reduction assembly, a brake assembly and a coding assembly. The joint housing comprises a first housing and a second housing, and an annular bearing platform is arranged on the inner side of the first housing. The drive assembly comprises an output shaft, a rotor connected to the output shaft, and a stator embedded in the annular bearing platform. The rotor is located on the inner side of the stator, and the speed reduction assembly and the brake assembly are connected to the two ends of the output shaft respectively. The coding assembly is arranged on a side of the brake assembly facing away from the drive assembly, and is connected to the output shaft; and the second housing covers the coding assembly and is connected to the first housing. In the present application, the first housing of the joint housing also serves as a casing of the drive assembly, and structures such as the speed reduction assembly, the brake assembly and the coding assembly are directly or indirectly installed on the first housing according to a certain assembly sequence, thus simplifying the structure of the joint module and reducing the cost.
