Abstract:
Provided in the present disclosure are an inductor, a manufacturing method therefor, a filter and an electronic device, belonging to the technical field of electronic elements. The inductor of the present disclosure comprises: a first dielectric substrate (10), comprising in the thickness direction thereof a first surface and a second surface which are oppositely arranged, the first dielectric substrate (10) being provided with a first connection via hole (11) penetrating through in the thickness direction of the first dielectric substrate and a first slot portion (12) penetrating through at least part of the first dielectric substrate (10); a first sub-structure (21), arranged on the first surface; a second sub-structure (22), arranged on the second surface; a first connection electrode (25), arranged in the first connection via hole (11) and sequentially connecting the first sub-structure (21) and the second sub-structure (22) to form an inductor coil structure; and a magnetic core (3), arranged in the first slot portion (12), the magnetic core (3) being arranged in a way of being insulated from the first sub-structure (21) and the second sub-structure (22), and being located in the coil structure.
