Abstract:
The present invention provides a preparation method for an indoline compound. The indoline compound is prepared by conducting a cyclization rearrangement reaction of N-arylsulfonyl-2-β,γ-unsaturated olefin-substituted aniline by means of a visible light and metal complex catalysis method. The indoline compound prepared by the present invention has a specific structure, and an environmentally friendly catalytic method that involves no use of such additives as transition metals and oxidants is used in the preparation method. The reaction conditions are mild, and the method is simple and efficient; meanwhile, the substrate is widely applicable. The present invention further provides an indoline compound and use thereof.
