Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is an in-transit dynamic weighing data fusion overload control method under a free flow, comprising the following steps: S1, providing a high-speed dynamic weighing system and an in-transit weighing data fusion overload control platform part; S2, the weighing system recording weighing data and weighing time, and a portal system sending vehicle information to the weighing system; and the weighing system fusing the vehicle information with the weighing data at the same time in an in-transit weighing point, and uploading to the overload control platform only the weighing data of a vehicle of which the vehicle model is a truck; S3, the in-transit weighing data fusion overload control platform performing fusion correction on the weighting data, and uploading the fusion result to a toll collection system; and S4, the toll collection system issuing the data to an adjacent toll station according to a self-owned rule. According to the present invention, in-transit weighing is realized, in-transit weighing data is compared with exit weighing data at the exit, the anomaly comparison result is focused on, and the behavior of midway goods dumping is identified, so that the purposes of overload control and inspection and auditing in a free flow pattern can be achieved.
