Description:
DESCRIPTION IMPROVEMENTS FOR GRASS FENCE WIRE MANUFACTURE, KNITTING THE SAME AND SCRAP EVALUATION FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to the production of a single wire of grass fence wire to be used in wire mesh and fence systems, in limiting open areas or spaces, preventing unauthorized access to ensure security and preventing the visibility of the other party, as well as creating an aesthetic appearance and to knitting of grass fence wire and the evaluation of double twisted and single wire grass wire scrap of grass fence wires. STATE OF THE ART Wire mesh and fence systems are elements that are used in areas where entrance and exit are desired and aim to prevent uncontrolled entry and exit by surrounding these areas. Today, wire mesh and fences may not have a structure to hide the enclosed area in these methods, which require security elements, even if they are produced at certain mesh intervals and surround the relevant area at a certain height and width. In some cases, wooden or PVC panels are placed in the mesh openings to ensure the privacy of the enclosed area, and in some cases, tarpaulin-style covers are drawn over the wire mesh. In recent years, grass fence wires, which have a grass-covered appearance with a much more natural visual appearance, have been used very popularly, especially in terms of aesthetics. These products have the appearance of a grass-covered wall, and besides reducing the visibility of the opposite side, they have air permeable eye openings as they are intertwined in the form of spiral wire mesh. Thus, it provides air circulation in the surrounded area and offers aesthetic visuality based on its grass appearance. It can be used as a decorative product as well as being used in wire mesh and fence systems based on these features. In the existing systems, when creating grass fence wire meshes, firstly, the pvc strip is cut by slicing into strips in the form of fins, leaving a channel gap in the middle with knives,, razors, scissors or cutter drums on both sides. Then, this cut PVC grass strip is compressed between two wires, together with the process of twisting the wires into ropes, and a grass fence wire, which visually resembles a pine branch, is formed. The grass fence wire creates great difficulties during the knitting of the mesh in the form of wire as the grass fence wire formed in this way is formed by twisting two wires to each other like a rope. Because naturally, these two wires do not act as one wire. Manual machines are necessarily used in knitting this wire and this creates a great labor cost. In addition, when these two wires enter the machine from two coils, they combine and twist and the PVC strips are cut and compressed at the same time, making grass wire production difficult. Apart from these, since the cut points of the pvc strips stuck between two wires are compressed by the twists in the wire, each cut pvc strip fin is irregularly broken or damaged during the force of knitting, these damaged PVC strip sections are also affected by natural factors such as temperature and wind and spill over irregularly. These spilled PVCs spoil the aesthetic appearance of the grass fence wire and adversely affect the demand for the product. Finally, because it is difficult to weave grass fence (helical cage wire) from grass wire, a lot of waste is given and recycling of scraped grass wires is very difficult because PVC strips and galvanized wire are mixed together. As a result, a novelty is required in the technical field and innovations for grass fence wire manufacture, knitting the same and scrap assessment is made. AIM OF THE INVENTION The aim of the present invention is to create a single-wire formed grass wire with less cost and less material consumed aiming to hold the pre-cut or currently cut PVC strip on a single wire by wrapping the same on the wire since two wires are used by twisting each other in the state of the art, too much material was used however we created grass fence wire mesh with a single wire. Another aim of the present invention is to to make production with a simpler machine, since the grass fence obtained by wrapping only the PVC strip on a single wire will be the wire, compared to the machine used to clamp two PVC strips pre-cut during the twisting process or cut at the same time for the twisting process since two wires are used by twisting each other in the state of the art. Another aim of the present invention is that; with the twisting of the two wires used in the state of the art, it is difficult to separate the tightly wrapped grass strips from the wire, so it is aimed to easily separate the scrap material after knitting when the PVC strip is wrapped on a single wire. Another aim of the present invention is the fact that; it reduces the cost of grass fence and is beneficial for recycling and the environment since the separation of the two wires used in the state of the art from the PVC strip is difficult, and the separation of the single wire is much easier. Another aim of the present invention invention is the fact that it is very difficult to knit in automatic machines, as it will act like a double wire tin fence rope, Since single-wire grass fence does not act like a rope, it is aimed to produce it in a way that will allow knitting in automatic machines and can be knitted much more easily even if it is knitted in manual wire knitting machines. DESCRIPTION OF FIGURES The "single wire grass fence wrap" application, which is carried out to achieve the aim of the present invention, is shown in the attached figures. Figure 1: Grass fence wire with the image covered with grass wrapped on a single wire DESCRIPTION OF THE REFERENCES IN THE FIGURES The parts in the figures are enumerated and their definitions are as follows: 1. Single wire on which the PVC strip is wound 2. PVC strip cut and wound on a single wire DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION In this detailed description, the invention relates to the production, knitting and scrap recycling of a new synthetic grass fence wire wrapped in a single wire (1), the invention is described only for clarifying the subject matter in a manner such that no limiting effect is created in accordance with the aims mentioned. The invention relates to an improvement in grass-like wire used in wire mesh and fence systems to be used for purposes such as delimiting open areas or spaces, enclosing them for security or landscaping purposes, and preventing unauthorized entry and exit of humans and/or animals. The configuration of the aforementioned grass fence wire is based on the principle of forming a new wire structure by wrapping tightly on a single wire (1) so that it looks like a grass-covered wire visually. In Figure 1, the general view of the grass fence wire wrapped in a single wire (1) in the construction of the grass fence wire, which is the subject of the invention, is given. The PVC strips (2) cut in the grass wire structure are wrapped by turning into a single wire (1) to take the shape of the grass, and fixed at the desired density. Since grass wire combines with PVC strip without using two wires at the same time, the production process will be shortened and the cost will be reduced by spending less material, compared to the applications in the state of the art. The grass fence wire mesh will be in a lighter and more compact roll with the same quantity, the same visual appearance and the same aesthetic structure, thus an advantage in transportation and stocking will be provided. Since there is only one wire (1) in the production method of the grass wire, which is the subject of the invention, the two wires do not need to be twisted together. If desired, since the coils of PVC strip (2) are light and can be easily rotated around the single wire (1), it feeds single and even double entry wire knitting machines with the mechanism made at the wire knitting machine inlet. This process eliminates the need for coils and prevents the ends of the grass fence wire from lying on the coils. This results in a fuller and well- covering grass fence. The production of grass fence wire is related to the fact that it is easier to produce the grass wire obtained by wrapping two previously cut or cut PVC strips (2) on a single wire (1). It is contemplated for the scrap wires that the wire is cut at short distances and the grass twist untied by itself in order to separate the tightly wound PVC strips (2) from the two wires or a single wire (1), thus separating the PVC grass and galvanized from each other. If the grass fence is produced from a single wire, this process is useful and functional for the evaluation of wool scrap. Then, it is easy to separate the two separate scrap parts from each other. This process not only provides the value of the scrap, thus reducing the cost of the grass fence, but also supports recycling and is beneficial for the environment. Since it does not act like a single wire (1) grass wire rope, it allows easier knitting on automatic wire knitting machines. It is even easier to knit than manual wire knitting machines. In this way, it relates to easier and labor-free production for mass production. ^
