Description:
IMPROVEMENT MADE ON A MOBILE SOLAR ENERGY PLANT

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to an improvement made on a mobile solar energy system that allows for generating electricity in places without electricity or making electricity more economical even in locations where electricity is available.

PRIOR ART

Considering technical problems in our patent application numbered 2017/18796 and titled as "mobile solar energy plant", the present invention is improved further as a result of studies conducted by our R&D department.

Legs in the present invention cause the product to be too high in the lifting and positioning process thereof while transporting the invention, thereby leading to problems in its transportation.

The second technical problem in the invention is that wings are opened by means of wheels. However, the main frame should be seated by digging a hole that is in the width of the main frame and in the depth of 15 - 20 cm so as to open the wings. Thus, wheels may be seated on the ground without leaving any space and there will be no risk pertaining to breakage of wings since the wings are free. The process for digging the ground and seating the main frame increases labor costs and installation time.

Another problem in the invention is that struts are fastened to the system by means of pins. Struts are de-mounted in the transportation and are employed while mounting the system. This causes not only time loss but also increases labor costs.

In the state of the art, the wings are opened and closed hydraulically. Considering also the size of the system, this process is difficult and requires more time.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The present invention is improved as a result of studies conducted by our R&D department in order to solve the prior art drawbacks.

Legs in the present invention comprises a stable structure and are at the base of the frame, therefore it does not constitute transfer and shipment problems. Legs are designed so as to overcome these drawbacks such that they extend from the top side downwards to the base of the frame and make it portable by means of pins. Thus, potential damages that may be inflicted on the system due to de mounting it from its position while transportation are avoided.

In our invention, it is ensured that the wings are opened due to the fact that the structure is seated by digging a hole, thereby positioning wheels in the hole without leaving any space. The hinge that connects the wings to the structure is improved instead of digging the ground and is varied such that it exhibits a descending margin of 15 cm. Thus, the wheel is descended slowly by means of a ramp.

Struts used in our invention caused time loss and increased labor costs, since they were rendered portable by means of the pin in the prior art and mounted to available slots during installation. The strut is mounted to the system by means of a hinge so as to overcome the case. It is thus ensured that the system may be transported without performing any de-mounting process during transportation.

Another feature embodied in the invention is the changes carried out in the hinge of wings connected to the panel carriers. New hinges both connect the wings to the panel carrier and connects the hydraulic system to the wings. Hence, it comprises a double-functional structure.

The wings being in a folded form in the present art are opened by means of the hydraulic system. The wings are re-designed such that they are opened by a motor system by means of linear guideways so as to facilitate the process of opening the wing. Thus, it is ensured that the wings are maintained easily and the process of opening the wing is facilitated. Hence, the first opening of the wings is carried out by means of the hydraulic system and the second opening thereof is carried out by means of a linear guideway.

Size of our invention is reduced by means of changes performed such that its size does not constitute any problem during transportation. It is hence ensured that its size is of 60 cm in the transportation mode and is of 95 cm when it is taken to the idle mode because of bad weather conditions.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

As can be seen in Figure 1 of the inventive mobile solar energy plant, the legs are re-designed such that they are portable to the top side of the main frame. Thus, legs are de-mounted easily so that they would damage the system in transportation. The wheel (4) is descended on the ground by means of a ramp with a change carried out on the main frame hinge (2) that connects the wings to the main frame. As can be seen in Figure 3, it is ensured that the pin is descended downwards depending on the speed of the wheel (4) through the opening between the main frame hinge (2) during the movement of the wheel. The wheel (4) is ascended on the main frame

(I) again by means of the ramp while closing the system and the pin is positioned on the top side of the main frame hinge (2).

It is ensured that the struts (7) mounted to the system with the strut hinge (8) may stay fixed on the system without de-mounting subsequent to the use.

Another feature embodied to the invention is that the wings connected to the panel carrier (11) connects both the wings to the panel carrier

(II) and connects the hydraulic system (6) to the wings by means of the panel carrier hinge (12). Hence, it comprises a double-functional structure.

The wings are opened in a sliding manner by means of the linear guideway (9) featured in the wings. The overlapping panels ensures that the top panel automatically opens by being pushed downwards by means of the power received from the motor. The panel may stay fixed at its position by means of the guideway tabs (10) at the final opening point.
