Abstract:
An improved structure of stirring tank (10) equipment, comprising: a stirring tank (10), the bottom of which is provided with at least one circulation outlet hole (14) and circulation inlet hole (15); a stirring device (30), comprising a stirring motor (31), a driving shaft (32) of the stirring motor (31) entering the stirring tank (10), and the driving shaft (32) being provided with a stirring blade (33); a cell disruption device (20), comprising a cell disruption tank (21) and a high speed motor (25), the cell disruption tank (21) being disposed at the bottom in the stirring tank (10), the cell disruption tank (21) being provided with a plurality of holes (211), a driving shaft (251) of the high speed motor (25) entering the cell disruption tank (21), the driving shaft (251) being provided with a rotating blade (26) located in the cell disruption tank (21), and the cell disruption tank (21) being communicated with the circulation inlet hole (15); and a circulation device (40), comprising a water pumping motor (41), the water pumping motor (41) being communicated with an internal circulation liquid inlet tube (42) and an internal circulation liquid outlet tube (44), the internal circulation liquid inlet tube (42) being communicated with an internal circulation connection tube (43), the internal circulation connection tube (43) being connected to the circulation outlet hole (14), the internal circulation liquid outlet tube (44) is connected to the circulation inlet hole (15), so that a liquid taken in by the water pumping motor (41) enters the cell disruption tank (21).
