Abstract:
Provided in the present utility model is an improved multifunctional conveying device, comprising a V-shaped main frame; the left portion and the right portion of the main frame are each provided with a conveyor belt; driven wheels of the two conveyor belts are installed at one end of the main frame; driving wheels of the two conveyor belts are installed at the other end of the main frame and are driven by a driving mechanism; driving wheel supports are provided on two sides of the end of the main frame where the driving wheels are installed; driven wheel supports are provided at the end of the main frame where the driven wheels are installed; the driven wheels are installed on the main frame by means of the driven wheel supports; the driving wheels are installed on the main frame by means of the driving wheel supports; the two driving wheels are in transmission connection by means of a flexible axle. The flexible axle is used to replace a cross universal shaft, and such simplification allows simpler overall assembly and more synchronous transmission speeds of the left and right wheels. During maintenance of the structure in which the driving wheel supports and the driven wheel supports are separately installed, the driving and driven wheels can be separately maintained without assembling and disassembling the overall structure, thus aiding maintenance workers in the maintenance.
