Abstract:
An implosion type overload protection device for a machine press, comprising a ball head for the machine press; the ball head is cooperatively connected to a ball bowl, and the ball bowl is cooperatively connected to an oil cylinder; a pressure cavity is provided between the ball bowl and the oil cylinder, and is connected to a pressurized oil path and an overload overflow oil path, the pressurized oil path and the overload overflow oil path being two different oil paths; and the pressurized oil path is connected to an overload pump. In the present invention, the pressure cavity is provided between the ball bowl and the oil cylinder, the pressure cavity is connected to the pressurized oil path and the overload overflow oil path, and the pressurized oil path and the overload overflow oil path are two different oil paths. The pressurized oil path and the overload overflow oil path are separately provided, so that the machine press instantly and rapidly stops when overloaded, and reactions are more sensitive and safer relative to conventional pressurized oil paths and pressure relief oil paths that are of the same oil path structure.
