Abstract:
An impedance transformation network (100), a radio frequency switch unit (200), a single-pole multi-throw radio frequency switch, and a chip. The radio frequency switch unit (200) comprises the impedance transformation network (100) and a semiconductor switch module (40). The impedance transformation network (100) is connected to a first end of the semiconductor switch module (40). A second end of the semiconductor switch module (40) is grounded. The control end of the semiconductor switch module (40) is used for accessing a control signal. The impedance transformation network (100) is formed by at least two microstrip lines (110, 120) connected in series and at least one capacitor (130), a first end of the capacitor (130) being connected to a common node between the adjacent microstrip lines (110, 120), and a second end of the capacitor (130) being grounded. Therefore, by means of the structure of the impedance transformation network (100), the technical effects of optional electrical length and equivalent characteristic impedance are achieved, thereby occupying a relatively small chip area in switch chips or other chips in the radio frequency, microwave and millimeter wave frequency bands.
