Abstract:
The present utility model relates to the field of crushing machinery devices, in particular to an impact piston, and further relates to a breaker using the impact piston. The impact piston comprises a piston rod body; the piston rod comprises an impact section, a force bearing section, a wear section, and a tail end that are integrally formed; both the right side surface of the middle portion of the force bearing section and the surface of the middle portion of the wear section are plated with a wear-resistant layer having a thickness of 0.1-0.2 mm and made of chrome. The surface of the impact piston with less impact force is plated with a chrome wear-resistant layer, such that surface scratch of the impact piston is avoided, and the service life of the impact piston is ensured.
