An illumination decorative ring (100), comprising: a casing (10), comprising an accommodating space (11), a light-emergent slot (12) and a clamping slot (121), which are in communication with each other, the light-emergent slot (12) being configured for emitting light from the accommodating space (11), and the clamping slot (121) extending in a direction perpendicular to a light emission direction; and an inlay (30), which is located in the light-emergent slot (12) and allows light to be transmitted through the inlay (30), the inlay (30) being detachably connected to the casing (10) at the clamping slot (121) in a clamping manner, wherein a side wall of the inlay (30) is further provided with a light shield plate (32), and after the inlay (30) is mounted in the light-emergent slot (12), the light shield plate (32) covers the clamping slot (121) in the light emission direction, so as to prevent light from leaking from the clamping slot (121). The light shield plate (32) is configured to cover the clamping slot (121), thus preventing the overall light emission performance from being affected by the leakage of light through the clamping slot (121).
