Abstract:
An ice-making device and an ice-making method, according to the present invention, can suppress the growth of a bubble layer in ice-making water during ice-making and produce ice that is as transparent as possible, by allowing an agitator to move linearly along one side of a storage tray and agitate the ice-making water.
