Abstract:
The present invention provides an ice maker mounted on a cooling main body and a refrigerator comprising same, the ice maker including: an ice maker body; an ice making tray rotatably mounted to one side of the ice making body and including an upper and a lower tray which form an ice making groove for receiving an ice making water and are detachably coupled to each other; at least one driving unit for providing rotational force to rotate a rotation hinge axis of the ice making tray; and a heater unit disposed at one side of the lower tray, wherein the ice maker includes a structure by which, in cooperation with the driving unit while holding ice thereon, the upper tray rotates in one direction to be positioned at a normal point where the ice is to be separated.
