Abstract:
Disclosed are a hyperbranched polylysine-containing polyurethane heart patch and a preparation method therefor. The heart patch comprises a polyurethane formed by polymerizing an unsaturated polyester diol and comprises hyperbranched polylysines containing amino groups at the ends. The hyperbranched polylysines are grafted onto the surface of the polyurethane with a grafting degree of 40-60%. The preparation method comprises: preparing a polyurethane material and processing the material into a patch, and grafting hyperbranched polylysines to the surface of the polyurethane patch by means of Michael addition reactions of double bonds and amino groups, so as to prepare the hyperbranched polylysine-containing polyurethane heart patch. The processability of the polyurethane endows the heart patch with various possible structures, and meanwhile, the grafting of the hyperbranched polylysines further improves the hydrophilicity and cell compatibility of the heart patch, favoring the application of the patch to the treatment of myocardial infarction in the body.
