The present invention relates to a hybrid power pack power conversion apparatus applicable to an eco-friendly vehicle, comprising: a housing transported by a worker; a fuel cell unit, which is provided in the housing, and has a fuel cell part including fuel cells that are stacked so as to generate power from an electrochemical reaction of a hydrogen fuel and oxygen, and a fuel supply part for supplying the hydrogen fuel and the oxygen to the fuel cell part; an auxiliary battery provided in the housing, and charged by receiving electricity from the fuel cell unit; and a rapid charging unit, which is provided in the housing so as to be connectable to an electric vehicle in order to charge a vehicle battery of the electric vehicle, is connected to the fuel cell unit or the auxiliary battery so as to supply electricity from the fuel cell unit or the auxiliary battery to the vehicle battery, and converts, into a set voltage suitable for charging the vehicle battery, a voltage of the electricity supplied from the fuel cell unit or the auxiliary battery to the vehicle battery. Since the hybrid power pack power conversion apparatus applicable to an eco-friendly vehicle, according to the present invention, generates electricity by using a hybrid fuel cell, the volume thereof is relatively small, and thus a worker can transport and easily charge an electric vehicle.
