Abstract:
A household article and a fabrication method therefor. A composite board of the household article comprises a panel (12) and a bottom plate (13). The panel (12) and the bottom plate (13) are separately molded by means of vacuum molding. Edges of the panel (12) and the bottom plate (13) are fixed into a whole by means of thermoplasticization, and a top wall of each supporting protrusion (135) and a body of the panel (12) are fixed into a whole by means of thermoplasticization. The vacuum molding of the panel (12), the vacuum molding of the bottom plate (13), and the thermoplasticization of the panel (12) and the bottom plate (13) into a whole can be performed at the same time. The household article comprises a composite board formed by stacking at least two layers of boards, and the composite board has a certain thickness, stability, and good sitting, lying and stepping comfort, and is lightweight. In addition, a method for fabricating the composite board provides process guidance for fabricating the composite board. By means of the method, a composite board which is stable, comfortable and lightweight and furniture having the composite board can both be obtained.
