Description:
HOT WINE KEG

TECHNICAL AREA

This invention relates to the mulled wine barrel, which was developed to be used in the wine presentation and storage sector, combining the visual quality of wooden barrels and the pleasure of mulled wine.

BACKGROUND OF THE ART

Wine or mey is an alcoholic beverage usually produced by fermenting grapes. The drink usually contains between 9% and 15% alcohol. Wines that can also be produced from other fruits are named after that fruit. After the wines are produced, they are stored and presented in barrels. The barrel allows the wine to breathe and meet with oxygen. Thanks to their surface with invisible pores, the wine undergoes low levels of oxidation. This allows the wine to mature.

One of the presentation types of wine is that it is served hot. Mulled wine is a hot alcoholic beverage based on red wine. It is heated to 70-80 degrees with sugar and spices. It is traditionally used at Christmas markets and outdoor festivals in Austria, Germany, Switzerland and the Czech Republic. The first mulled wine recipes are from the 17th century.

The production of mulled wine is made in products similar to pots or tea machines that are not well insulated. While this situation does not provide the desired efficiency in terms of visual quality, it also makes the production of mulled wine difficult. This situation requires the use of extra materials and produces temporary solutions. These methods cause the alcohol in the wine to evaporate and waste energy and time.

Although a structure related to the presentation of hot drinks is mentioned in the patent named Disposable keg beverage dispenser numbered 2010/07701, direct heating etc. structure is not mentioned in this device, and a rather complex structure has been put forward.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention in question eliminates the disadvantages described in the state of the art and meets the needs.

The said invention relates to the mulled wine barrel, which was developed to be used in the wine presentation and storage sector, combining the visual quality of wooden barrels and the pleasure of mulled wine.

The invention in question is a more aesthetic, useful machine that will save you the trouble of making hot wine in tea machines and pots, and offers new tastes and conveniences.

The invention in question combines the visual quality of wooden barrels with the pleasure of mulled wine.

The invention in question is a product that can be used in homes, offices, hotels and many other areas.

The invention in question combines the warmth, naturalness and aesthetics of wood, and the mulled wine barrel, which is made suitable for use, provides a unique convenience in making quick, easy and delicious mulled wine.

The reservoir made of stainless galvanized sheet in the product, which is the invention in question, preserves the hot wine in a healthy and safe way.

SUBSTITUTE SHEET (RULE 26) In the present invention, heat stabilization can be adjusted by using an electronic thermostat. By fixing the heat setting, it can preserve the wine at the desired temperature and prevent the alcohol from volatilizing.

In the invention in question, the heating method is made using a silicon resistance, unlike other products. It works on the principle of heating the silicon resistance tank and the liquid inside the galvanized stainless steel bowl.

In the invention in question, the rock wool insulation, which is coated around the galvanized chamber in order to save energy, ensures that the wine in the product stays warm for long hours, even in very cold environments, as well as energy saving.

By using the Ottoman faucet made of brass in the said invention, both an aesthetic appearance and a healthy drinking pleasure were brought to the product.

In the said invention, when the inside of the galvanized chamber needs to be cleaned, it can benefit from the filling and discharging chamber with an average diameter of 10 cm placed in the upper part.
