Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of heating furnaces. Disclosed is a hot water heating furnace based on ammonia gas combustion, comprising a furnace body made of a metal material. The furnace body comprises an inclined section furnace body and a vertical section furnace body which are connected to each other, and the lowest position of the inclined section furnace body is communicated with a drainage pipe; a water flow jacket is formed on the side wall of the furnace body; and a columnar high-frequency high-voltage electrode is mounted on the inner side of the furnace mouth of the inclined section furnace body in an insulated and sealed manner. According to the hot water heating furnace based on ammonia gas combustion provided by the present invention, a high voltage generated in the furnace mouth by the high-frequency high-voltage electrode dissociates, excites, and ionizes passing ammonia gas to form ammonia gas plasma, and the ammonia gas plasma comes into contact with oxygen to cause the oxidation reaction of mixed gas, thereby achieving combustion of the ammonia gas. Combustion gas heats water in the water flow jacket in a flow process in the furnace body, thereby achieving the purpose of heating hot water; there is no carbon emission in an ammonia gas combustion process, and thus greenhouse gas would not be generated.
