Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a hot dry food vending machine system that enables users to choose the dry food they desire in a hot, fast and practical way in hotels, shopping malls, hospitals, cafes, cinemas, workplaces and open areas such as parks and picnic areas.

The possibility of the selected foods being stuck in the vending machine is eliminated with the help of the geometric shapes of the parts of the inner body of the hot dry food vending machine system and the movement direction of the rotating platform that delivers the food taken from the chamber to the user. Thus, users can safely and easily take the dry foods they choose and consume them hot.

Prior Art

Today, there are many vending machines used in offices, hospitals, shopping malls, private institutions and public areas in order to make people's lives easier. It is ensured that the desired product is easily accessible at any time by means of using the vending machines. Today, practical vending machines that meet the needs of the user in common areas are one of the most useful inventions.

The usage rate of vending machines, which have a large user base in common areas, is increasing day by day. The vending machines currently in use are usually coffee, cold drink and food vending machines in the food industry. These machines, which can offer the desired product quickly for a certain fee, eliminate the loss of time and meet the requirements rapidly. These machines, which are especially preferred by people who do not have time to eat or who want to take a short snack break while working, save a lot of time.

Today, there are different types of vending machines that provide various products to users.

The Turkish Utility Model Document with application number 2021/009437, which is related to the subject in the state of the art relates to a personal care vending machine that provides oral care products such as toothbrush, toothpaste and mouthwash when needed, thus found in places such as workplaces, shopping malls, cafes, schools, airports, where people spend more time in their daily lives, and in particular is used in isolated areas (washbasins) to meet the needs of individuals who care about their dental health or who need oral care urgently.

The Turkish Patent Document with application number 2021/018942, which is another document related to the subject in the state of the art, relates to a system that presents the spices we need to the user via an automation system without the need for any measuring tool to prepare food and beverages in hotel kitchens, catering establishments, patisseries. In this embodiment of the invention, various spices are pre-filled into spice chambers. In line with the user's demand, first the desired weight is selected and then the spice selection button on the flow chamber containing the requested spice is pressed, allowing the spice to be taken out of the chamber in the requested amount. Thus, the spice vending machine saves time and reduces labor costs. Furthermore, it relates to a spice vending machine, in which the spice preparation process has been carried out in a more orderly, organized, proper and correct manner. However, there has been no study that offers hot food products and that will eliminate the problem of the products not reaching the customers by getting stuck in the vending machine neither in the current applications nor in the documents referred to above. As a result, due to the abovementioned disadvantages and the insufficiency of the current solutions regarding the subject matter, a development is required to be made in the relevant technical field.

Description of the Invention

The hot dry food vending machine system realized to achieve the aims of the present invention is shown in the attached figures.

The inventive hot dry food vending machine system comprises the following;

Body which has a front cover that can be opened and closed, used to complete the missing dry food, a back cover used for periodical maintenance and cleaning, and a hidden glass container in which glasses can be easily added, in which strong profile skeleton and steel surfaces used,

- Touch screen which has an HDMI interface with audio output support for the image, where information such as the temperature of the dry food in the hot dry food vending machine system, the amount and how many products are purchased can be displayed, face-level backlight adjustment support, power management, multi-OSD menu for brightness and contrast adjustment, allows to design animation and desired visual area, runs the hot dry food vending machine system after the user makes a selection with the selection screen that appears when the payment is made and which is on the front of the body, shows the user at what stage the service is,

Payment pane which operates according to the diameter and thickness of the token or coin used, has a software protection system and a CPU system, and is suitable for working with whatever currency it is programmed with, is on the front of the body, optionally can be integrated with a credit card payment option,

LED screen where images, videos and presentations are made to customers for advertising or promotional purposes,

A total of four LED lights on the body, which are two at the top and two at the bottom, add visual elegance to the body.

Four wheels, which can easily rotate around the body, enable the body to move easily,

Advertising and poster area located on the side surfaces of the body, which provides the opportunity to advertise and promote people with paper and poster-like materials,

Cup holder which has access to the cup chamber hidden inside the body, and has a dry food pouring pipe where the user takes the cup and transfers the dry food to the cup,

Inner body (1) which has a plurality of dry food container (1.1) inside the body, where various dry foods are kept ready for presentation, a dry food warmer that continuously heats dry food at a predetermined temperature, rotary platform (1.2), which prevents the dry foods from getting stuck by transmitting the dry food selected from the dry food container (1.1) to the dry food dumping area with a rotational movement with the command from the touch screen, Discharge chamber (1.3), where dry food is kept while being transferred from the dry food chamber (1.1) to the dry food dumping area and the amount of dry food is adjusted by the technical service, a brush (1.4) which is located between the dry food container (1.1) and the rotary platform (1.2) and prevents the dry food from dispersing around the rotary platform (1.2) during the transfer to the discharge chamber (1.3)

The inventive hot dry food vending machine system can be used for various dry food products and thus offers a functional and versatile usage opportunity.

In order to start the purchasing process, the glass taken from the glass holder, which has access to the glasses stacked in the glass reservoir, must be placed in the dry food dumping area with the help of the presence sensors used in the inventive hot dry food vending machine system. The presence sensors that detect the glass placed are activated and the purchasing process begins. Otherwise, since the glass cannot be detected, the purchasing process will not start, preventing possible problems such as spilling dry food on the ground. Thus, it provides people with a safe and hygienic shopping.

The cup holder is designed to be large enough for the user to move his/her hand comfortably. Since the unused clean glasses are hidden inside the body, the user takes the glass they want to use for dry food from the glass reservoir. It is expected that the glass will be placed in the dry food pouring area so as to start the purchasing process. After the presence sensor approves, the nuts is poured into the empty glass. After the nuts is poured, the LED warning light flashes to inform the user. In addition, the LED lights in the cup holder are constantly on during the waiting period, providing an aesthetic appearance to the hot dry food vending machine system.

There is no possibility that customers will not be able to receive the products they have paid for due to mechanical failures during the delivery of food products from the vending machine to the user, while the pushing force is transmitted in the linear direction, the problems such as jamming and snagging are eliminated with the help of the rotation of the rotary platform (1.2) and conveying the product.

The mobility of the rotary platform (1.2) that prevents food products from getting stuck along the way by transferring the predetermined amount of dry food transferred from the dry food container (1.1) to the discharge chamber (1.3) with a rotational movement is provided by stepper motors or DC motors. In this way, it can be controlled by elements such as computer or microprocessor, it is easy to maintain and has a long life, thus reducing the cost and giving people an economical and long-lasting use.

A healthy and hygienic consumption opportunity is provided to the users by using stainless steel in the inner body (1) in areas that come into contact with food.

Dry food chambers (1.1) have a capacity of two kilograms and two and a half kilograms and these volumes can be changed optionally. In addition, dry foods that are missing or finished can be easily replaced with the help of the front cover.

Dry food heaters, which are located inside the dry food chambers (1.1), with the feature of being remotely managed, keep the dry food hot at a certain degree and offer the users the opportunity to reach the hot dry food in a fast and practical manner.

Optional lighting and easy-to-change frame addition options are added to the advertising and banner area, making it usable as desired. Desired videos, pictures and presentations can be added to the touch screen and LED screen. In this way, visual presentations can be made to customers for advertising or promotional purposes.

Since the payment pane operates according to the diameter and thickness of the token or coin used, has a software protection system and a CPU system, and is suitable for working with whatever currency it is programmed with, it prevents all kinds of cheating by not working with unidentified coins and token. Thus, people can buy safely.
