Abstract:
A hollow product manufacturing method using draft is disclosed. The hollow product manufacturing method using draft, of the present invention, is a hollow product manufacturing method using a core having a draft, wherein the core is formed to protrude in one direction, the outer surface of the core is formed at the circumference of the protruding portion of the core, the outer surface of the core forms an incline with respect to the one direction, and the cross sectional area of the core becomes smaller in the protruding direction thereof, and may comprise steps in which: a mold is disposed to be spaced from the outer surface of the core; a hollow pipe is disposed between the core and the mold; molten metal is injected into the space between the core and the mold; and the core is removed, when the molten metal is solidified and a hollow product is molded.
