Abstract:
Provided in the embodiments of the present application are a high intensity interval training (HIIT) guide method, an electronic device and a storage medium. The method comprises: during the process of a user performing an ith round of exercise in HIIT exercise, acquiring a value of physical power consumed by the user and an exercise time of the user, i being an integer greater than or equal to 1; and in response to the value of physical power consumed by the user being greater than or equal to a value of physical power required for the ith round of exercise, or the exercise time of the user being greater than or equal to a threshold value, outputting first prompt information, wherein the first prompt information is used for instructing the user to have a rest. In the embodiments of the present application, a user can be prompted to have a rest in a personalized manner, such that the user can rationally allocate his/her own physical power, thereby improving the efficiency of HIIT exercise and an exercise effect.
