Abstract:
A highly efficient heat-preservation tempered vacuum plate glass which combines a spacing frame and a rubber gasket and is used for doors and windows on common building houses, passive houses, sunlit rooms and transportation apparatuses and used for flat plate solar water heaters. The glass comprises upper-layer LOW-E tempered plate glass (1), lower-layer tempered plate glass (1a), a spacing frame assembly (2), upper and lower trapezoidal spacers (2a), a pressure-bearing face (2b), a sealing and pressure-bearing face (2c), an air-extracting nozzle (2d), a flat rubber gasket (3), an outer peripheral sealant (4) and a support (5), which are assembled and processed into a whole. The heat preservation and insulation performances and noise reduction and removal effects of the glass are improved by at least four times compared with those of other flat plate vacuum glass, the yield rate is increased by at least three times compared with other flat plate vacuum glass, while the processing cost is one third of that of flat vacuum glass sealed with melted glass powder and is equivalent to that of common hollow glass. In addition, the process is simple, the apparatus investment cost is low, and the glass is suitable for mechanical processing and production.
