Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a highly corrosion-resistant zinc alloy-plating steel wire and a highly corrosion-resistant zinc alloy-plating steel wire manufactured thereby. This highly corrosion-resistant zinc alloy-plating steel wire includes a steel wire and a zinc alloy-plating layer plated on the surface of the steel wire, wherein the zinc alloy-plating layer has a multilayer structure and, for each layer, alloys in which at least two or more of Mg, Al, and Zn are combined are distributed, wherein the alloys are characterized by including Al: 0.3 to 6.0 wt%, Mg: 0.3 to 4.0 wt%, and the remainder being Zn and inevitable impurities, and the sum of Al and Mg is 0.8 to 9.0 wt% and a ratio (Al/(Al+Mg)) of Al over the sum of Al and Mg is 0.3 to 0.80.
