Abstract:
A high-voltage insulation flame-retardant powder coating and a preparation method therefor. The coating comprises the following components in part by mass: 30-40 parts of high-toughness bisphenol A epoxy resin, 20-30 parts of special bisphenol A epoxy resin, 2-5 parts of dihydrodiamine, 0.8-1.5 parts of organically modified polysiloxane, 0.4-0.9 part of benzoin, 5-12 parts of an inorganic filler, 7-11 parts of silicon nitride, 11-17 parts of a composite inorganic flame retardant, 10-20 parts of glutinous rice flour, and 1-3 parts of an inorganic pigment. The special bisphenol A epoxy resin is hydrogenated bisphenol A epoxy resin. The high-toughness bisphenol A epoxy resin is a mixture of bisphenol A epoxy resin and ethylhexyl glycidyl ether. The composite inorganic flame retardant is microcapsule coated expanded vermiculite using benzoxazine lignin/antimonous oxide as a capsule material.
