Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a high-toughness and high-magnetic-attraction ABS alloy, a preparation method therefor, and an application thereof. The high-toughness and high-magnetic-attraction ABS alloy of the present invention comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of an ABS resin; 20-30 parts of a polyester resin; 40-60 parts of metal iron powder; and 2-8 parts of a surface modifier, wherein the surface modifier is oxidized low-density polyethylene wax, and has an acid value greater than or equal to 15 mg KOH/g. The oxidized low-density polyethylene wax is used to induce coating of high-content metal iron powder to be filled into an ABS system, and the polyester resin is introduced, such that the ABS alloy having high toughness and high magnetic attraction performance can be obtained. According to the present application, the cantilever beam notch impact strength of the high-toughness and high-magnetic-attraction ABS alloy is greater than or equal to 14 kJ/m2, and a weight of 255 g or more can be attracted under the condition of a neodymium iron boron strong magnetic hoist ring having a pulling-out force of 18 kg.
