Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of coatings. Disclosed are a high temperature-resistant strippable anti-corrosive coating, a preparation method therefor and a use thereof. The coating comprises a component A and a component B; the component A comprises a film-forming substance, a pigment and filler, an auxiliary agent, and a solvent A; and the component B comprises a vulcanizing agent and a solvent B. The component A comprises: 100 parts by weight of the film-forming substance; 25-55 parts by weight of the pigment and filler; 0.1-3 parts by weight of an adhesive force regulator; 0.5-5 parts by weight of the auxiliary agent; and 20-50 parts by weight of the solvent A. The component B comprises: 10-50 parts by weight of the vulcanizing agent; and 100 parts by weight of the solvent B. The coating in the present invention can be completely stripped from a base material after being subjected to a high temperature of 200°C for 4 hours, and the state of the base material is not affected. The coating in the present invention is simple in process, easy to realize industrial production, and good in stability, and is conducive to uniform applying of the coating on various base materials.
