Abstract:
The present invention provides a high-temperature resistant, soft and flexible sealing gasket, a preparation method thereof, and a use thereof. The sealing gasket includes heat-resistant fiber fabric members and a binder slurry. The heat-resistant fiber fabric members are laminated on each other. The binder slurry is provided between adjacent heat-resistant fiber fabric members and at an outer side of the outermost heat-resistant fiber fabric member. The binder slurry comprises the following components, in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of aqueous polyurethane, 10-35 parts of epoxy resin emulsion, 10-15 parts of filler, 1-5 parts of aluminium sol-gel, and 0.5-1 parts of dispersant. The preparation method comprises: 1) preparing a binder slurry; 2) adding the binder slurry from step 1) to adhesion surfaces of heat-resistant fiber fabric members, laminating the heat-resistant fiber fabric members that have been combined with the binder slurry, and molding the same to obtain a sealing gasket. The high-temperature resistant, soft and flexible sealing gasket of the present invention can be used in a high temperature environment for a long time.
