Abstract:
A High-strength high-temperature alloy for thermal power units and a processing technique therefor. The high-temperature alloy comprises the following components by mass percentage: 0.05 to 0.08% of C, 14 to 17% of Cr, ≤ 0.5% of Mn, ≤ 0.5% of Si, 1.0 to 2.5% of W, 0.3 to 2.0% of Mo, 2.0 to 2.5% of Ti, 1.0 to 1.5% of Al, ≤ 0.003% of B, ≤ 0.03% of Zr, 37 to 48% of Fe, and the balance of Ni. A pre-formulated alloy furnace charge is smelted in an electric arc furnace under a vacuum degree of no more than 0.5 Pa; the alloy is subjected to cogging-forging with a deformation amount of 70% in the temperature range of 200-250 ℃ above the precipitation temperature of Ni3Al(γ'); and high temperature rolling with a deformation amount of 80% is performed at 150-200 °C above the γ' precipitation temperature. The alloy has excellent high temperature mechanical properties above 650°C.
