Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a corrosion-resistant steel and a manufacturing method therefor, the corrosion-resistant steel comprising the following chemical components by weight percentage: C, 0.05-0.12%; Si, 0.20-0.50%; Mn, 0.5-1.2%; P≤0.018%; S≤0.006%; Al, 0.015-0.15%; Cu, 0.10-0.50%; Cr, 0.3-1.2%; Mo, 0.02-0.15%; Ni≤0.20%; N≤0.006%; and the balance being Fe and other inevitable impurity elements. In addition, the contents of Cr, Mo and Al satisfy Cr/(0.54Mo+1.93Al)≥2.0. The corrosion resistance of the corrosion-resistant steel of the present disclosure in a soil corrosion environment having a sulfate ion concentration of 300-30000 mg/kg and a chloride ion concentration of 1500-8000 mg/kg is more than 6 times that of ordinary carbon steel (less than 16.5% of the corrosion rate of ordinary carbon steel); in an atmospheric environment, compared with ordinary carbon steel, the corrosion rate thereof is ≤55%, yield strength is ≥460MPa, tensile strength is ≥540MPa, elongation A is ≥18%, and impact energy value at -40℃ is ≥160J.
