Abstract:
A high-stability iron tooth, comprising toothed plates (1), and left protrusions (11) and right protrusions (12) provided side by side on the toothed plates (1). A left positioning tooth (13) and a right positioning tooth (14) are hingedly connected side by side on the side wall of each toothed plate (1); the left positioning teeth (13) correspond to the left protrusions (11); the right positioning teeth (14) correspond to the right protrusions (12); the hinge axes of the left positioning teeth (13) and the right positioning teeth (14) extend in the length directions of the toothed plates (1); the left positioning teeth (13) on two adjacent toothed plates (1) are engaged with each other, and the right positioning teeth (14) are engaged with each other. By hingedly providing the left positioning teeth (13) and the right positioning teeth (14), the left positioning teeth (13) and the right positioning teeth (14) rotate along with the bending of a rubber track when the toothed plates (1) rotate along with the bending of the rubber track, so that the toothed plates (1) are kept stable in the rubber track, and the friction and wear of the toothed plates (1) in the rubber track are reduced, thereby reducing the turnover of the toothed plates (1) in the rubber track, and achieving the advantage of improving the stability of the rubber track.
