Abstract:
The present utility model relates to the technical field of high-speed railway sleeper manufacturing, in particular, to a high-speed rail double-block sleeper production line. The mold cleaning station, the mold release agent spraying station, the spiral reinforcement mounting station, and the truss mounting station are connected by means of a roller way; the truss mounting station is connected to the concrete distribution station by means of a transverse movement mechanism; and the mold crane is connected to the concrete distribution station, the steam curing station, and the demolding station. The present invention has the advantages of innovating and optimizing sleeper prefabrication stations by using intellectualization technology, and providing, by means of a variety of high and new technologies using intelligent robot application technology as the core and an application of a sleeper prefabrication information management platform, technical support for solving a field problem existing in a production process, thereby improving the construction quality and the construction efficiency, the refined management level of engineering, reducing waste, saving cost, enabling the whole prefabricated process of a railway engineering project to be controllable, and avoiding some unnecessary losses.
