Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a high-speed nut rotating feeding lead screw device, comprising a lead screw, a lead screw nut, a bearing unit and a driving unit, wherein the lead screw is fixed on a machine tool by means of a lead screw seat; the bearing unit comprises a bearing inner fixing sleeve, a bearing outer fixing sleeve and a bearing assembly mounted between the bearing inner fixing sleeve and the bearing outer fixing sleeve, one end of the bearing inner fixing sleeve being fixedly connected to one end of the lead screw nut, and the other end of the bearing inner fixing sleeve being fixedly connected to the driving unit; the lead screw nut is arranged on the lead screw; and the driving unit comprises a first belt wheel, a second belt wheel, a synchronous belt and a driving electric motor, the first belt wheel being connected to the driving electric motor, the second belt wheel being sleeved on the lead screw and being connected to the bearing inner fixing sleeve, and the first belt wheel and the second belt wheel being connected to each other by means of the synchronous belt. The high-speed nut rotating feeding lead screw device disclosed in the present invention has advantages such as a simple structure, small size, being convenient for dissipating heat and having a high operation speed.
