Abstract:

A high-speed high-efficiency drill bit comprising a working ring (1) and discharge ports (2), wherein the working ring is of a cylindrical structure, the multiple discharge ports are annularly provided and are annularly distributed at the bottom of the side wall of the working ring to discharge material chips during rotation and machining of the working ring, and a symmetrical center line of the two side edges at the bottom of each discharge port or the center line of the included angle formed by the two side edges at the bottom of each discharge port do not pass through the circle center of the bottom face of the working ring. The material chips rotate along with the working ring in the discharge ports, the material chips will be subjected to mechanical thrust towards the outer side of the working ring by the discharge ports, and the material chips are more easily discharged from the discharge ports under the action of the mechanical thrust, such that high-speed and highly efficient operation of the drill bit can be guaranteed.
