Abstract:
A high-speed balanced bidirectional double-punch cylinder stretcher, comprising punch rod driving mechanisms and edge pressing mechanisms. The punch rod driving mechanism is formed by connecting one crankshaft (1), two identical connecting rods (2), two identical sliding rails (3), two identical sliding blocks (4), and two identical punch rods (5). The crankshaft is rotationally supported by a bearing, and a first bell crank (11), a second bell crank (12), a first edge pressing cam (13), and a second edge pressing cam (14) are arranged on the crankshaft. The stretcher has two characteristics: first, swing rods and secondary connection are omitted in each punch rod driving mechanism so that the structure is greatly simplified, and all original functions are still maintained, thereby constituting element omission; second, two edge pressing cams are used, the positions of a first driving point of the first edge pressing cam and a second driving point of the second edge pressing cam are arranged oppositely, and finally, first torque and second torque are opposite in direction and counteract each other, so that the overall torque balance is maintained on the plane passing through the crankshaft axis during working of the cylinder stretcher.
