Abstract:
A high-safety mistaken opening prevention structure for an elevator, comprising an elevator car (13), wherein a second sliding slot (15) is fixedly connected to the front side of the top end of the elevator car (13); clamping holes (19) are formed at the two ends and the two sides of the middle portion of the inner wall of the bottom end of the second sliding slot (15); two clamping holes (19) at the left side and two clamping holes (19) at the right side are symmetrical relative to the center of the second sliding slot (15); second hydraulic cylinders (18) are both arranged at the left and right sides of the second sliding slot (15); the second hydraulic cylinders (18) are both arranged in a state that cylinder bodies are located at upper portions and piston rods are located at lower portions; moreover, the exterior of the piston rod of each second hydraulic cylinder (18) is matched with the interior of each clamping hole (19); the side surfaces of the cylinder bodies of the second hydraulic cylinders (18) at two sides are correspondingly and slidably connected to the two sides of the second sliding slot (15); fixing supports (14) are fixedly connected to the top ends of the cylinder bodies of the second hydraulic cylinders (18) at the two sides; the bottoms of the fixing supports (14) at the two sides are respectively and fixedly connected to a left side door (3) and a right side door (10); magnetic attraction blocks (4) are fixedly connected to the right side of the front end of the left side door (3) and the left side of the front end of the right side door (10); the same poles of the magnetic attraction blocks (4) attract each other; a magnetic sensor (5) is fixedly connected to the front end of the magnetic attraction block (4) at the left side; and a strip-shaped electromagnet (6) is fixedly connected to the right end of the left side door (3). When in use, double mistaken opening prevention can be implemented by means of the strip-shaped electromagnet (6) and the second hydraulic cylinders (18), and a warning lamp (12) and an elevator alarm communicator (11) are turned on by means of electromagnetic sensing to call for help.
